At Khipyphon, we're committed to providing high-quality balcony gardening products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your urban gardening experience starts off right.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Products are in their original condition
  • All packaging is intact and undamaged
  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase

For plants and living materials, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the plants must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Please note: Custom-designed garden plans, specialty soil mixes, and clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@khipyphon.world or call +1 (312) 555‑0127 to initiate your return.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package your item in its original packaging if available.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please return your original purchase following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

For direct exchanges of the same product (e.g., size or color variations), please contact our customer service team, and we'll assist you with the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Plant Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our plants. If any plant arrives in poor condition or fails to thrive within 14 days of delivery despite proper care, we offer a one-time replacement or store credit. To claim this guarantee, please:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the plant
  • Briefly describe the care conditions (light, watering, etc.)

This guarantee does not cover plants that fail due to improper care, extreme weather conditions, or natural end of growing season.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you're returning an item because of our error or a defect, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
